Refund, Exchange & Repair Policy

At Timeofficial, we are committed to delivering premium products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience. Please read our policies below for refunds, exchanges, and repairs.


Terms and Conditions:


* Watch will be dispatched after getting confirmation from Customer on CALL.
* If a customer fails to answer confirmation call, order will NOT be dispatched.
* Courier won't allow you to check first and pay on our parcels, if you have trust issues then don't order until and unless you can trust us.
* 3 days reporting time for return/exchange if you have any concerns regarding anything report us back within 48 to 72 hours after receiving.
* Return/Exchange policy will not be applied if the watch has been used and any wrapping is removed from the watch.
* Customer will have to send the watch first to our office we will examine first and then move further.
* If your order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability. We won't send any order in future until the customer prepays first.
* Your watch contains 1 year machine warranty. Any physical damage or color damage is not included in warranty, yet you may send it to us we will fix it.
* Premium Boxes are not Returnable or Exchangeable.

  • The watch should be in original, unworn condition.

  • All tags, stickers, and protective films/covers are intact.

    (Removal of any protective elements voids the eligibility for exchange.)

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.


3. Warranty & Repair Policy

Warranty Coverage

All watches sold by Timeofficial come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal malfunctions under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
